Hands on Learning....
The kids learn new things ...today about Live shellfish !!I bought these Remis (lala) from the supermarket..
As usual before cooking any kind of Mussel ;u must 'rendam' the shellfish in salty water or normal tap water also can ..for mayb 1hr.So that they will opened up and filtered out all the sands & dirts inside their 'body'...T
The Kids are excited..when they saw with their own eyes....the shell opened up & 'moves' around their 'tenticles'...They poked it , they moved it and they 'screamed at it '......hai !! agaknya... Remis - remis ni pun naik 'bingit' ....lebih baik 'tutup' sudah !!!!Wardah & Amsyar 'bombared' me with lots of question abt it....

and lots more sampai at last ..i'm tired of answering the questions...i decided ....Enough of lesson for today ! I'm cooking them right now !! hehehehehehe

Since it's wardah favourite shellfish ..she yang makan dulu... Orang lain belum makan dia dah start makan dulu. Bertambah pulak tu ..heheheheheh!
